Behind the scenes, Perri leads the creative direction of the studio, drawing on more than a decade of experience renovating and building homes across the Gold Coast. Working alongside her is Jody, whose talent for layering textures, finishes and materials helps bring depth and character to every project. Known for her ability to source even the most unique and hard-to-find pieces, Jody plays a key role in curating spaces that feel rich, distinctive and completely personal.

The name “House of Pez” comes from the long-standing nickname given to founder Perri by her father. What began as a passion for creating unique, character-filled homes has evolved into a studio dedicated to helping others bring that same sense of personality into their own spaces. With a small, tight-knit team, a love of great design (and the occasional champagne), House of Pez works hard to deliver thoughtful, beautiful homes that feel luxurious, functional and full of life.
